The brief

Purchasing lived in email and spreadsheets.

No single trail from a request to its payment, and no control over who approved what. I designed and built an end-to-end procurement operating system on Zoho Creator, wired it into Zoho Books and proved it with the Finance team. Scroll to walk the flow.
